    The man‘s words are shameful. But the woman‘s acts may also beproblematical. From a legal viewpoint, was the recording lawful if only one party knew that it was being recorded? That is, is California a 1 party or 2 party consent state? And now if the man has prostate cancer, is the woman at risk because of her activities on behalf of such man? Inquiring minds want to know.
